The hail impact tests for the canopy of the Hürkuş-2 aircraft, developed by Volo, have been successfully completed in accordance with the standards required by TUSAŞ officials and in collaboration with their engineers. These tests were conducted to enhance the safety of domestic and national aircraft, and the results have reinforced the durability and performance of the Hürkuş-2.
Following this success, the global Onduline company is preparing to conduct hail impact tests on its roofing products, which have been developed by its research and development centers for resistance to hail. The tests are carried out in the structural laboratories of Adnan Menderes University and represent a decisive step forward in improving the resistance of Onduline's roof systems to natural disasters.
Onduline continues to lead the industry with its innovative roofing solutions. The objective is to provide resilient materials capable of enduring climate adversities, such as hail.
The results of these tests are expected to shed light on the improvement of industry applications and the development of next-generation roofing solutions.
With the execution of these tests, useful data regarding the excellent performance and reliability of Onduline's roofing products is anticipated. Further information regarding the test findings will be given in the coming days.
